Exchange and return policies

Return & Exchange Policy:

The exchange and return policy is subject to the Executive Regulations of Law No. 2014/39 on Consumer Protection:

We are committed to selling high-quality products for you to enjoy; however, we understand there may be times when you need to exchange or return a product you purchased. If you change your mind within 14 days of the purchase date, we may accept a return or allow an exchange subject to the following terms and conditions:

We accept product returns or exchanges provided they are in good condition, accompanied by the delivery receipt and a copy of your order, along with the product box and all accessories, and are suitable for resale. Otherwise, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect not apparent at the time of purchase.

Devices cannot be exchanged or returned if the packaging or plastic seal has been opened unless there is a manufacturing defect not visible at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.

We reserve the right not to accept returns or exchanges for products sold during special offers or discounts.


Terms & Conditions of Installation Service by NewTech

1. Installation Service: NewTech provides installation services for its products through certified technicians to ensure quality and accuracy in execution.

2. No Returns After Installation: Products cannot be returned after installation.

3. Manufacturing Defects: If manufacturing defects are discovered in the products, the customer has the right to:

Notify customer service within 14 days of the installation date.

The defect will be assessed by the technical support team.

4. Repair or Replacement: If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the option of repair or replacement will be provided only, according to the assessment of NewTech's maintenance and inspection department.

5. Liability: NewTech’s responsibility is limited to handling manufacturing defects and does not cover damages resulting from misuse or incorrect installation.

6. NewTech is not responsible for any damages arising from installation after 24 hours of the installation.

7. Applicable Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.


The customer has the right to exchange or return a product and receive a refund within 14 days of purchase according to the following conditions:

1- The goods must be in the same condition as when purchased, unopened, in their original packaging, and suitable for resale with all original accessories.

2- The customer must confirm that the product has not been used in any way.

3- The product must be included in the category of products eligible for return or refund.

4- Any gifts received with the product must be returned in sealed packaging with all accessories.

5- Products can be returned if defective, malfunctioning, or not matching the specifications approved in Kuwait.

6- If an exchange is not possible, the product will be returned, and the seller is obligated to refund the amount according to the value stated in the sales invoice, using the same method of payment.

7- The customer has the right to exchange or return if all conditions under this law are met, even if the purchase was made during authorized discounts, in which case the refund will be based on the invoice value using the same payment method.


Consumers cannot return or exchange goods in the following cases:

1- If the specifications or packaging of the goods prevent their exchange or return because it would damage them or make it impossible to restore them to their original purchase condition, thus making resale impossible.

2- If the product cannot be reinstalled, or if there are missing accessories or components with or without the carton, or with torn packaging, which must be in the same condition as purchased by the customer.

3- If the customer misuses, damages, or incorrectly installs the product.

4- If the consumer was aware of an existing defect or flaw in the product at the time of purchase and accepted it as is, or if it was the last unit available in the store as noted on the invoice.
