Return and Exchange Policy:

The exchange and return policy is subject to the executive regulations of Law No. 39/2014 on Consumer Protection:

We are committed to selling high-quality products, and we want you to enjoy them. However, we also know that there may be a time when you need to exchange or return a product you have purchased. If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase, we may accept returns or exchanges subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • We accept returns or exchanges of the product provided that it is in good condition and that you keep the delivery receipt and a copy of your order with the product box and all its accessories and that it is suitable for resale again . Otherwise, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless it has a manufacturing defect that was not apparent upon purchase.
  • Devices cannot be exchanged or returned if they are unsealed or the plastic wrapper or box is opened unless:
  • If there is a manufacturing defect that was not apparent upon purchase, we have the right to refuse a return or exchange.
  • We reserve the right not to accept returns or exchanges of products if they are sold during special offers or discounts.


Newtech Store Installation Service Terms and Conditions

1. Installation Service: Newtech provides installation services for its products through certified technicians to ensure quality and accuracy in implementation.

2. Non-returnability: Products cannot be returned after installation.

3. Manufacturing defects: If manufacturing defects are discovered in the products, the customer has the right to:

  • Notify customer service within 14 days from the installation date.
  • The defect will be evaluated by the technical support team.

4. Repair or Replacement: If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, only the option of repair or replacement will be offered, at the discretion of the New Tech Store’s Maintenance and Inspection Department.

5. Liability: Newtech Store's liability is limited to handling manufacturing defects and does not bear any responsibility for damages resulting from misuse or improper installation.

6. Newtech Store is not responsible for any damages resulting from installation after 24 hours of installation.

7. Applicable Law: This Agreement is subject to the laws in force in the State of Kuwait.

The customer has the right to exchange or return the product and receive a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the following conditions:

1- The goods must be in the same condition they were in when purchased, unopened, in their original packaging, and suitable for resale in their original packaging with all accessories.

2- The customer must acknowledge that he has not used the product in any way.

3- The nature of the product must be listed under the products that can be returned or refunded.

4- Gifts given to the customer when purchasing the product to be returned must be returned in a sealed package with all accessories.

5- Products will be returned if they are defective or malfunctioning, or if they do not conform to the specifications approved in the State of Kuwait.

6- If replacement is not possible, the product will be returned, and the seller is obligated to refund its price according to the value stated in the sales invoice, and in the same way used to purchase it.

7- The customer has the right to exchange or return the product upon meeting the conditions stipulated in this law, even if the goods were purchased during sales (discounts) licensed by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. In this case, the value of the product stated in the purchase invoice will be considered and its price will be returned in the same way used when purchasing.

 

The consumer cannot return or exchange goods in the following cases:

 

1- If the specifications or packaging method of the goods prevent their replacement or return because this leads to their damage or makes it impossible to return them to their original purchase condition, and thus makes it impossible to resell them.


2- If the product cannot be reassembled, or if there are missing accessories or components with or without carton, or with torn packaging, which must be in the same condition in which the customer purchased it.

3- In the event that the customer misuses, damages, or installs the goods incorrectly.

4- If the consumer was aware of a defect or fault that already existed in the product at the time of purchase and accepted it as is, or if it was the last piece displayed in the store, and this is stated in the invoice.
