Return and Exchange Policy:
The exchange and return policy is subject to the executive regulations of Law No. 2014/39 on Consumer Protection:
1- The product can be replaced, returned, or warranty services can be used, provided that the original invoice is available.
2- Services such as installation or delivery service are non-refundable.
The customer has the right to exchange or return the product and get a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, according to the following conditions:
1- The goods must be in the same condition as when purchased, unopened, in their original packaging and suitable for resale in their original packaging with all accessories.
2- The customer must acknowledge that he has not used the product in any way.
3-The nature of the product must be listed under the products that can be returned or refunded.
4- Gifts given to the customer when purchasing the product to be returned must be returned in a sealed package with full accessories.
5- Products will be returned if they are defective or malfunctioning, or if they do not conform to the specifications approved in the State of Kuwait.
6- If replacement is not possible, the product will be returned, and the seller is obligated to refund its price according to the value stated in the sales invoice, and in the same manner used to purchase it.
7- The customer has the right to exchange or return upon meeting the conditions stipulated in this law, even if the goods were purchased during the discounts (reductions) licensed by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. In this case, the value of the product stated in the purchase invoice will be considered and its price will be returned in the same way used when purchasing.
The consumer cannot return or exchange goods in the following cases:
1- If the specifications or packaging method of the goods prevent their replacement or return because this leads to their damage or makes it impossible to return them to their original purchase condition, and thus makes it impossible to resell them.
2- If the product cannot be reassembled, or if there are missing accessories or components with or without carton, or with torn packaging, which must be in the same condition in which the customer purchased it
3- In case the customer misuses, damages or installs the goods incorrectly.
4- If the consumer was aware of a defect or fault that actually existed in the product at the time of purchase and accepted it as is, or if it was the last piece displayed in the store, and this is stated in the invoice.
5- In the event of purchasing a personal care product (sheets, blankets, sheets, towels, mattresses, etc.) due to the nature of their use and for health reasons.
