Collection and Use of Personal Information

If **NewTech** is sold to a third party, or **NewTech** otherwise becomes the subject of a merger, affiliation or acquisition, it will become necessary for us to transfer Personal Information to a third party, and in such a case **NewTech** will require the third party to handle your Personal Information with the same level of care that we provided to you.

We take all necessary steps to provide reasonable protection against unauthorized access to, use, modification, disclosure or destruction of Personal Information. We protect any Personal Information we collect using appropriate means, and **NewTech** is not responsible for any unauthorized access or use by third parties, unless such access was made possible by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Protecting your Personal Information is very important to us. We therefore take the following precautions, among others, to better protect Personal Information;
- We will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your Personal Information, including the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software. Our website is certified by VeriSign, and transactions are processed through our website in partnership with KNET;
- We will store all Personal Information you provide to us on our servers (password and firewall protected). All electronic transactions you make or receive will be encrypted using SSL technology.
- We only display the last four digits of your credit card / KNET card. When using Visa or MasterCard, you will be asked for the card verification value (CVV) printed on the back of the card, and when using KNET cards you will be asked to enter your PIN. However, it will be necessary to provide the full card number to the relevant company (KNET or MIGS) when completing the transaction.
- It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your account, your password and your computer, so you should make sure to log out of your account when leaving newtechq8.com.
Product Reviews
About two weeks after you receive your product, we may send you an email inviting you to review and rate the product you purchased. In addition, we may occasionally ask whether you would like to answer questions about your product submitted by other customers.
Please note the following:

- After you submit your written review, it usually takes 72 hours for the review, question or answer to appear on newtechq8.com, in line with our publishing guidelines.

- Receipt of a written request from you;
- Payment of a fee (1 KD);
- Provision of appropriate proof of identity (for this purpose, we usually accept a certified copy of your passport or Civil ID card, plus an original utility bill showing your current address).
We may withhold such Personal Information to the extent permitted by law.
You can instruct us at any time not to use Personal Information for email marketing purposes. If you are concerned that any of the Personal Information we hold is inaccurate, you can contact us.
