Shipping Within Kuwait

Processing Time: Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time: 1-2 business days (depending on the customer’s area).

Delivery Company: We rely on trusted local delivery companies to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Delivery Fees:

Orders: Free delivery.

Payment via MyFatoorah (Visa, MasterCard, Mada, etc.) is available.

Installment service via Tamara is available.

Cash on delivery service is available.

Delivery Areas: We deliver to all areas in Kuwait including: Capital – Hawally – Salmiya – Farwaniya – Jahra – Ahmadi – Mubarak Al-Kabeer, and all other regions.


Shipping to GCC Countries

We deliver to: Saudi Arabia | UAE | Bahrain | Qatar | Oman

Service Details:

Processing Time: Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days.

Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days depending on the country and shipping company.

Shipping Companies: DHL, Aramex, FedEx, UPS, and trusted local companies.

Shipping Cost:

Shipping cost is 5 KWD for a minimum purchase of 10 KWD.

Shipping fees may vary based on order weight and customer address.

Occasionally, discounted shipping offers are available. Follow our website or social media to know the current offers.

Taxes and Customs: Some countries may impose customs fees or taxes on imported products, which are the responsibility of the customer according to their local laws.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS.

You can track the shipment status through the selected shipping company’s website.

2. Enter the tracking number sent to you.

Undelivered or Returned Orders

If the customer does not receive the order after 3 delivery attempts, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse.

In this case, re-shipping fees may apply if delivery is requested again.

If the order is refused, shipping fees will not be refunded.


Product Safety Guarantee

At NewTech, we ensure all products are packaged according to the highest safety standards to prevent damage during shipping.

All products are inspected before dispatch to guarantee quality.

If a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the order, and we will resolve it promptly.
