Car Phone Mounts

A car phone holder is measured by one thing: whether it keeps hold of the phone over road bumps. We stock thirty-two models between 1.25 and 9.9 KWD across three different mounting mechanisms, each with its own place: magnetic MagSafe such as the Mcdodo Gravito and the folding Mcdodo holders, which are fastest to use one-handed; gravity mounts such as the TB-8510, which close on the phone under its own weight; and strong suction such as Spin Craft for the dashboard and the windscreen. Some are made for a specific car rather than being universal: Land Cruiser from 2022 to 2025, and Nissan Patrol 2023 and 2024 in single and double versions. Some also charge wirelessly at 15 watts while the phone is mounted. The rule in Kuwait's heat is that adhesive fails on a hot dashboard, so suction or an air vent holds better.

A model-specific mount or a universal holder?

If your car is one of the models we make a mount for — Prado, Land Cruiser, Patrol, Tahoe and Yukon, Lexus LX570, MG5 and ES5, Tank 500 — the dedicated mount is better by a wide margin. If not, a magnetic holder or an air vent holder is the choice.

MagSafe or a clamp grip?

MagSafe is faster: bring the phone close and it attaches. But it needs a compatible iPhone or a case with a magnetic ring. A clamp grip works with any phone and any case, with no conditions.

Are there mounts with storage space?

Yes, several mounts combine a phone holder with a small compartment for keys and cards in one piece, and some hold two devices at once.
