Extra Device Programming Service (Key, Remote or Sensor)

The Extra Device Programming Service from Newtech Store is a service ordered with a new item (a key, remote or sensor) to link it to a previously installed system, and it costs 5 KD per item. It is not a physical product shipped to you, but technical work carried out at the NewTech showroom. It is for anyone who has lost their device's remote or wants to add a user or a second sensor to an existing system without changing the main device. There are three things to understand before ordering: programming covers one item only, so each additional item is charged at its own separate price; the item must be a type compatible with the original device's control board; and the service requires the device to be present or accessible. The practical rule before ordering: contact the showroom and send the device model and the item's part number, because some older systems, or systems installed by another party, do not accept new items without a special programming key, and in that case this service alone will not work and you will need to go back to the party that installed the system.
