Outdoor Security Camera Pole Base

The Outdoor Camera Pole Base from Newtech Store is a mounting part installed on the ground or a roof to hold a camera pole where there is no suitable wall at the desired spot, and it costs 5 KD. It is usually ordered with the camera, or afterwards when you discover that the ideal angle is in an open location: the middle of a yard, the edge of a roof, around a house, or an outdoor walkway with no walls. There are three things to know before ordering it: it is a base only and does not include the pole or the camera; it needs a solid surface that allows fixing with screws or expansion bolts; and the pole diameter must match the base opening. The practical rule in Kuwait: anything that stays outdoors is exposed to dust and humidity, so fix it on a level surface and raise the cable entry point above where water collects, and check that the bolts are tight after the first month and then every season, because thermal expansion loosens the fixing over time. If the location is far from a power source, plan the power route and cable run before drilling the bolt holes, because moving the base after it has been fixed is harder than it looks.
